Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping on all orders.
  • Delays: While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.) may occur. Nirvaana is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking your order.

Address Accuracy:

  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a contact number.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days for shipping and deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility
    • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear images of the damaged box and items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability.
    • Damage to the Nirvaana box alone (with undamaged products) does not qualify for a return.
  1. Return Window
    • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are only possible if the requested item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
